Vibrators have been around since the 1800’s and was ironically conceived in really macabre circumstances. Allegedly the vibrator was developed to treat “hysteria”. Doctors used to find masturbating “afflicted” women quite a laborious task. The fact that this was eventually turned into a modern day indulgence, the gateway to pleasure, is something the Suffer Jets would be proud of. In spite of the vibrator’s colourful history and its introduction into “society”, there is still somewhat of a grey area when it comes to the role vibrators play as a third party in the relationship.

SexyFun.co.uk decided to conduct a survey of a hundred men and women of various different age groups to find out how they feel about using vibrators as part of their relationship and how big a part these vibrating toys play in their sex life. Here are a few examples of feedback we got:

“I have absolutely no problem with my girlfriend using a vibrator, or any sex toy as a matter of fact. I actually have bought her one or two. I have also never had the feeling that my girlfriend preferred using a vibrator over actual intercourse, not that I am saying that I am a sex god or anything... all I am getting at is that I think there is a good balance.”

“I am in the armed forces and away from home a lot, so I don’t think I really had the right to complain when my wife told me she had ordered a vibrator online. (Laughs) We sometimes use it together during sex and it really does feel great.”

Looking at the feedback one can conclude that adding a vibrator to the equation can be really sexy. As long as it is used with consideration for your partner and in the name of fun!
